An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order number by email. For customized pieces we send a proof; if we do not hear back within 48 hours we proceed with the proof as sent.

We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot fulfil, that infringes someone else's rights, or that contains content we are not willing to engrave. Any payment taken is refunded in full.

You confirm you have the right to use any photograph, text or logo you upload. You grant us a licence to reproduce it solely to make your order. We do not use customer designs for marketing without written permission.

All prices are in Indian Rupees. The price shown is the price you pay: nothing is added at checkout apart from shipping where it applies. An invoice is issued with every order. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of your order applies.

Wood varies. Grain, colour and small marks differ from piece to piece and from the photographs on this site. That variation is not a defect. Engraving depth and tone also vary slightly with the grain.

You can cancel for a full refund until we start cutting, which is usually within a working day of your order or proof approval. After that the piece is yours and the returns policy applies.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
