Anywhere in India that our courier partners serve, which is nearly every pincode. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability and see the delivery estimate before you pay. We do not ship outside India yet.

Every piece is made after you order it. We dispatch within 3 to 5 working days of your order. For personalized and customized pieces the clock starts when you approve the proof.

Delivery after dispatch depends on where you are:

• Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days
• Other cities and towns: 3 to 6 working days
• Remote pincodes, hill areas and the North East: 5 to 9 working days

Free on orders of ₹799 and above. ₹79 on orders below that, whatever the size of the box or where it is going.

Shipping appears as its own line on your order confirmation and invoice.

You get the courier name and tracking number by email and WhatsApp on dispatch. You can also look it up any time under Track an order with your order number and mobile.

Pieces are wrapped, boxed with corner protection and marked fragile. We photograph every order before it is sealed, so if anything goes wrong in transit we can show what left us and settle it quickly.

If the courier cannot reach you, we message you the same day and arrange a reattempt. After three failed attempts the parcel returns to us; we will contact you to reship, and a second shipping charge may apply.
