How long does an order take?
We dispatch within 3 to 5 working days of your order, or of your proof approval for customized pieces. Delivery after that is usually 2 to 5 working days to metros and 4 to 8 elsewhere.
Can I see the engraving before you make it?
Yes. Every personalized piece gets a proof on WhatsApp or email. We only engrave after you approve it, and we wait up to 48 hours before going ahead with the proof as sent.
What photographs engrave well?
Sharp, well-lit pictures with the face or subject filling the frame and a plain background. Group photos and dim indoor shots lose detail on wood.
It arrived damaged. What now?
Send a photograph of the piece and the outer box within 48 hours of delivery and we make and ship a replacement at no cost.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
From 50 pieces per design, with a physical sample before the run. Use the corporate page or write to us with quantity and deadline.
